With many creative SME’s being under resourced it can be a mission to run your day to day business let alone updating a business plan or thinking strategically about where you are going but dealing with immediate issues can make it easy to miss opportunities or head in the wrong direction. According to the Harvard business school 50% of company owners spend no time discussing strategy and development of their business, be in the right 50% and maximise the chances of reaching your dreams.

This workshop is for you if you have a feeling you could be closer to achieving your dreams or you want to move into new markets, increase your customers, build your brand around your values and maybe even increase your turnover. Over the 2 days we will workshop the key elements that make a strategic plan and apply it to your business. We will cover:

  •  How to develop key strategies looking at new digital practises and opportunities
  •  Learn how you can stand out from your competition and build a whole new customer base
  •  How to create a SWOT analysis of your current business
  •  How to write a vision and mission statement for your business
  •  Analyze your values and business objectives
  •  How to market and price your product/service

By the end of the two days you will have a draft of a bespoke strategic plan to apply to your company which you can use to measure your achievements.
